Entry Level Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with other CSRs and Management staff to provide accurate information and superior customer service contributions to boost company reputation and stature
  • Deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to customer concerns knowledgeably and empowered to provide consistent and impeccable customer experience
  • Establish customer accounts, review and accurately enter order information, and handle confidential client information
  • Meet or exceed daily business goals and expectations to increase profit margins and sales revenue
  • Ensure that customers have a positive experience by exhibiting supportive behaviors, collaboration, and an enthusiastic, positive attitude.
  • Educate customers on product features, values, and any deals or promotions

Entry Level Customer Service Associate Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience
  • High school Diploma / GED
  • Effective and persuasive communication and negotiation skills
  • Goal-oriented and resourceful
  • Trustworthy and Reliable: Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Immaculate decision making and problem-solving abilities
  • Passion for building customer loyalty through remarkable listening, relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
