Ty ler, Texas | Pediatric Heart Specialist
As an Ambulatory Services Representative at Children’s Health, you will play an important part in helping children get the care they need.
As a warm, caring person who welcomes patients and their families when they arrive, you’ll put patients and their families at ease and set the tone for the rest of their visit. Your responsibilities will include checking patients in/out, scheduling any follow-up appointments, obtaining demographic information to determine in/out of network services along with authorizations for admissions, and collecting copay amounts. You will conduct financial screenings to determine if a patient is in need of financial counseling and resolve any additional issues that may arise.
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, with hours varying from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. There is one late shift in the clinic required every month from 10:30 AM- 7:00 PM
The candidate needs to be flexible with traveling to Longview weekly. (More detail will be discussed during the interview)
Hourly pay rate: $23.00
