Job Description: At Belton Industries, Inc., our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for communicating with clients and assisting clients with product styles and product requirements, ordering and order processing, and other customer issues and/or complaints. We are seeking a customer service representatvie with 1-3 years of Customer Service/Administrative experience who are willing to go above and beyond in quality of work. Candidates must be able to multi-task, work independently or in small groups, and have a stable and dependable work history. Candidates must be able to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.

• Accurately enters and processes orders that are received verbally or electronically in a timely fashion
• Communicates with clients with information regarding to a pertaining order: Delivery Requirements, Product Load-ability, Inventory Availability, Administrative Support, etc
• Proactively involved in "completing the cycle" from initiating processing of a purchase order until the time the material is delivered to the end-user
• Acts as a communication bridge between the client and internal departments such as: Production, Quality, Logistics, and Accounting
• Works independently or collectively on special short-term product trials/projects to offer customized client support
• Monitor and continue to improve customer satisfaction levels in areas, if necessary
• Have strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), AS400, etc.
• Have strong mathematical skills, with or without a calculator

About Belton Industries, Inc.: Family owned and operated, Belton Industries, Inc. is a specialty weaver of fabrics for furniture, military, industrial, civil engineering, environmental and agricultural markets. We employ state-of-the-art equipment to extrude polypropylene and polyethylene resins into yarns of various colors and performance attributes. We operate a 200,000 square foot facility near Belton, SC and operate 24 hours a day, 5 days a week.
