Role Overview:
Tredit Tire and Wheel is dedicated to remaining a recognized leader in the supply of quality tire & wheel assemblies to Original Equipment Manufacturers and the Aftermarket. To remain a recognized leader, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative that is a motivated self-starter, dependable and team-oriented to provide the best customer experience. We are looking for someone who has strong communication skills, attention to detail and time management. This position is responsible for supporting the company’s sales goals through good customer service, maintaining quality relations with existing accounts and providing sales support by performing the following duties.
This is not a remote position.
Role Responsibilities:

• Provide sales support through good customer service techniques, and knowledge of the company's products and services as well as the competition's strengths/weaknesses.
• Applies knowledge of company products/services to efficiently process customer information and respond to inquiries and concerns in a diplomatic manner.
• Answer incoming customer calls and bring any issues to resolution.
• Clarify and fulfill customer requests/needs by presenting various options of products and services with pricing.
• Maintains updated, organized records on all assigned customers.
• Contacts customers to obtain missing information or data to ensure an accurate customer database.
• Traces late orders and works with Operations to expedite delivery to customer.
• Provides administrative support for sales team.
• Trains new Customer Service Representatives as requested.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:What Tredit Tire is looking for:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior customer service or inside sales experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Software (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe
• Knowledge working with Syspro or similar ERP software strongly preferred
