Ralph Moyle, Inc. was founded in 1966 and is a family-owned and operated transportation and warehouse specialist based in Mattawan, MI. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our team!
Mattawan/Paw Paw
The Customer Service Manager is responsible for ensuring that the organization understands and satisfies its customer’s requirements. Develop customer service policies and procedures for the organization and handle all issues and inquiries from customers. Lead, Manage and hold accountable Account Representatives and Clerks. The Customer Service Manager’s focus is to provide exceptional customer service.
Customer Service Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overseeing customer service team and clerks.
- Training and managing Account Representatives & clerks.
- Onboarding and training new employees.
- Answer customer questions and direct them to the appropriate person or team.
- Focus on customer satisfaction.
- Provide team with reports specifying inventory valuation, adjustments required and explanations for variances and adjustments.
- Plan, assign, and direct work.
- Verify timecards daily and ensure they are complete by payroll deadline (or earlier if needed due to holiday schedule).
- Address customer complaints and resolve problems.
- Provides continual evaluation of processes and procedures.
- Responsible for suggesting methods to improve area operations, efficiency, and service to both internal and external customers.
- Challenges team members in providing exceptional support to both external and internal customers.
- Project Management responsibilities.
Customer Service Manager Minimum Qualification:
- 2-3 years of Management experience in business, retail, or restaurant.
- High School or GED, some college coursework in business preferred.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to be assertive.
- Highly motivated and can work independently.
