Maschmeyer Concrete Company of Florida is currently seeking an eager and dependable Customer Service Dispatch Representative to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida.

The Customer Service Dispatch Representative will be responsible for answering incoming customers' calls, scheduling deliveries of concrete to satisfy customers' needs, process customers' payments, and maintain adequate communication with Delivery Professionals.

Prior experience in the concrete and/or construction industry is preferred, but not required.

Job Specifications include:

• Works efficiently and consistently with the company’s Core Values, Mission Statement, policies and guidelines ensuring high quality customer service.
• Communicates and resolves, in a satisfactory and timely manner, any customer concerns or issues as they occur.
• Develops working relationships with internal and external customers in order to ensure customer needs are satisfied.
• Maintains and monitors constant radio contact with drivers to coordinate and expedite deliveries with the most efficient routes to customer jobsites, with customer adjustments and with custom instructions.
• Identifies customer problems and clearly communicates with involved parties to generate short and long term solutions.
• Liaises between Sales, Plant Managers and Customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Utilizes and accurately completes the standard dispatch order template to maximize the efficiency and consistency of the customers’ experiences.
• Creates and maintains an atmosphere of win-win negotiations.
• Performs other job responsibilities as assigned by Team Leader.
• Schedules orders from the dispatch office.

Required Skills:

Bilingual: Spanish

High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year dispatch knowledge and experience in the concrete and building materials industry is preferred. High level of computer literacy required in a Windows/Excel and Dispatch Program environment. Must have excellent telephone, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Must be proficient in the English language. Able to respond to high call volume in a fast-paced dispatch office environment. Involves sitting for most of the time but also brief periods of time standing and walking. Able to work Monday-Saturday for extended hours when necessary.
