Position Title: Customer Service/Data Entry Specialist

Company: Attica Motorsports

Reports To: Sales Manager

Position Description:

The Customer Service/Data Entry Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to Attica Motorsports customers. Areas of focus for the host include welcoming customers upon entering the dealership, collecting and analyzing customer-related data, and supporting the sales team with a wide variety of tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides an enthusiastic greeting and genuine smile to all customers entering the dealership.
  • Supports the sales team by collecting and entering customer data with the goal of continuous process improvement.
  • Communicates to management with recurring operational concerns and customer feedback. Aids in identifying problems, solutions, and execution plans.
  • Places and receives customer phone calls for the sales department. Provides customer support through social media, web inquiries, emails, and other digital avenues.
  • Continually seeks ways to improve customer satisfaction rates.
  • Aids in showroom aesthetics.
  • Acts as the primary point of contact between the dealership and customers. Communicates customer related inquiries and or issues to sales teammates and management in a timely manner.
  • Supports sales contests and initiatives with the goal of new business and existing customer retention.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, bend, twist, lift up to 30 lbs, and speak in a loud voice.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 Years of customer service experience
  • 2 Years of data entry experience
  • Knowledge of offroad vehicles a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
