We are seeking to hire a knowledgeable and dedicated Customer Service Attendant to educate and engage consumers on clients' products and grow our client target audience. The Customer Service Attendant should value integrity, enjoy working in teams of people, and have a desire for professional development. Primary roles are answering customer questions, setting up accounts, and generating sales transactions.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Attendant:

  • Communicate effectively with clientele to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Pursue existing and potential customers face-to-face to close sales.
  • Establish and devise strategies to meet personal goals consistent with clients' standards of productivity.
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, exchange guidelines, and payment policies.
  • Deescalate customer concerns by providing options that satisfied both customer and business
  • Create a memorable customer service experience to ensure client retention.
