Introduction: This is a critical position within our company that offers opportunities for growth and development. Initially, the role will primarily involve customer service responsibilities, with eventual involvement in the bookkeeping side of the business. We are hiring both full-time and part-time employees, with the starting pay dependent on prior experience. Full-time employees will be eligible for benefits after successful completion of 3 months of training.

Customer service portion of the position: As a customer service representative, you will play a crucial role in providing professional and efficient support to our clients. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships by answering queries, resolving complaints, and providing product information. This role will also require you to become an expert in flags and flagpoles, which are more complex than most people realize. You will be interacting with a diverse customer base that includes homeowners, corporate buyers, government and military buyers, as well as occasional celebrities. Our clients are some of the nicest people you will ever meet, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on their experience with our company.

Assistant bookkeeper portion of the position: The successful candidate must have previous experience working with QuickBooks and be familiar with bank reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general bookkeeping procedures. This individual will report directly to our bookkeeper and accountant and work closely with them to maintain accurate financial records for our company. A bachelor's degree in a business-related field would be a plus for this role.
