Appliance Factory Mattress Kingdom is the Nation’s 7th largest independent appliance dealer with 24 stores in multiple states…and growing! Overview:

• Training Pay Starts at $50K
• Average first year associate earns $69K
• Top earners in the $90K-100K Range
• Uncapped commission!
• Low Pressure Customer Interaction, customers are excited to buy!

Schedule:

• We work a 4 ½ day work week!
• Two consecutive days off in a row!
• Weekends are required
• Stores open between 9am-7pm Monday-Saturday, 11am-6pm Sunday
• No late nights!

Key Responsibilities:

• Take turns helping guests choose the best appliance and mattress
• Manage a book of repeat business
• Share product knowledge about all appliance and mattress brands
• Continue to develop that product knowledge and sharpen the presentation of it
• Execute marketing programs and other company initiatives
