We are an established chemical distribution company that has been in business for over 20 years. We supply ingredients to the fragrance, personal care and industrial industries. Customer Service/Logistics Coordinator

Amazing opportunity for an experienced Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator within the chemical industry.

Primary Responsibilities

• Reviews purchase orders for accuracy
• Inputs customer orders, coordinates trucking and ensures accurate, on-time deliveries
• Responds and follows up on customer inquiries
• Works closely with suppliers on product availability and pricing
• Maintains and orders inventory for warehouse

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years Quickbooks experience
• Must utilize Quickbooks daily in current position
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience working in a business to business environment
• Must be organized and have ability to multitask and prioritize
• Experience working in highly competitive industry
• Effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills are necessary.
• Enthusiasm for problem solving, proactive approach and passion for our business
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced skills with Excel and Word.
• Manufacturing/chemical distribution industry experience a plus
