As a Customer Service Agent, you will provide excellent front-line service to our passengers.
Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers that arrive without their luggage, and re-book passengers all in a prompt and friendly manner- Assist special needs passengers and resolve customer complaints
- Communicate clearly with ground personnel and flight crews
- Calmly handle situations such as cancelled and delayed flights
- Other duties as assigned
Be at least 18 years old- Possess a valid state issued driver’s license
- Have a High School Diploma or GED
- Be able to pass a pre-placement background check and drug screen
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
- Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Part time and full-time positions may be available
- Starting at $16.00 an hour
