Customer Service/ Administrative Assistant

Seeking a detailed, punctual, and organized individual to fill a professional support role with a local St. Paul Farm!

Qualifications:

· Customer service experience preferred.

· Must have a valid driver's license.

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities:

· Assist customers and sales brokers in person and using phone or email

· Learn and work with multiple trucking/logistics companies including face-to-face interaction with drivers.

· Use Sage Software to enter customer orders and create invoices.

· Must be able to meet deadlines in a professional manner.

Physical Demands:

· May occasionally require lifting up to 50 pounds and exposure to outdoor weather (rain, mud, sun, cold, and wind).

Location: In Person, St. Paul

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

Salary: From $18.00 per hour
