Job description

We are looking for a seasoned Customer Resolution Services Specialist to work on-site in a well-known bank in Downtown Indianapolis. The ideal candidate will be someone who has problem-solving and organizational skills. Excellent customer service, phone etiquette, and professionalism while attending to the calls and providing an efficient and timely solution.

We offer:

• Full-time Monday to Friday
• Temp-to-hire bases
• Day shift - 8 am to 4:30 pm
• 1 on 1 training for about 2 weeks.
• Pay rate $30-31/Hr.
• Stability

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Research processing errors related to a customer transaction to identify the required correction and subsequently process the correcting entries
• Complete daily assigned activities timely.
• Complete daily activity tracker daily.
• Private Notes; Research processing errors.
• Escalate issues to identified Subject Matter Expert or Team Leader.

Education, Qualifications, and Work Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3-5 years of experience in the bank industry.
• 3-5 years of as a bank teller, bank, or debt collector experience.
• MS Excel and MS Office Proficiency
• Attention to detail, prioritization, and time management skills are required.
