We have an immediate need in the greater East Bay area for an aspiring social entrepreneur to join our community event team. Our senior level management team provides extensive training and mentorship opportunities for all new associates.

Customer Relations Trainee Responsibilities:

• Work side-by-side with fellow team members to successfully manage the on-site logistics of the assigned event
• Give short, impactful presentations to potential customers, educating them on our charity partners community based initiatives and previous success stories
• Track, record and report all sales and donations
• Manage inventory and maintain event space during the duration of each campaign
• Participate in continued training opportunities

Customer Relations Trainee Preferred Skills:

Customer Relations Trainee Preferred Prior Experience:

• At least some experience in sales and marketing
• Minimum of 1 year working in a customer service based role
• Collaborating with a team to successfully execute a project

Customer Relations Trainee Requirements:

• This position requires full-time, 40 hour/week availability
• Select associates will also be asked to work some Saturdays
• All candidates must be able to commute to Pleasanton for all scheduled shifts
• Must be able to start within two weeks of application date

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
