We have an exciting opportunity for a Part-time Customer Pick Up Coordinator position at our Oahu warehouse.

POSITION SUMMARY: Coordinates the pick up of merchandise by customer(s) at our warehouse by ensuring a timely flow of outgoing merchandise and the integrity of the inventory for each order. Resolves customer inquiries and ensures that merchandise is properly tagged and racked.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to learn and work with various office software and systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, thorough, and accurate.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Available weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
