Growing medical equipment supplier is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist for their Buffalo Grove office. The Customer Experience Specialist would be responsible for ensuring that each touchpoint across the customer journey is engaging, efficient and effective to bridge the gap between the customer and their brand. You would be driving customer retention and increasing customer satisfaction. You would analyzing and understanding how the customer responds and interpret each of these parts of their overall experience with branch touchpoints.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree- 5+ years of customer service experience to include within a corporate environment
- Oracle NetSuite ERP experience a plus
- Microsoft Office Suite
