Sr. Customer Care Representative Summary:

Interfaces with customer care associates, homebuyers and trade partners to perform final new home orientations and diagnose schedule and complete warranty service work. Training responsibilities for junior associates as directed by manager.
Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate trade partners and product performance. Provide ongoing information to manager as it relates to quality of workmanship and details.
  • Work with Department Manager on special projects as needed: i.e. Legal dismissal process. Solicit and meet with litigants in their respective areas. Evaluate construction defects vs homeowner maintenance. Negotiate an acceptable scope of work in exchange for the customer removing themselves from lawsuits.
  • Mentor new hire associates through a continual training program; including but not limited to use of SalesForce, Build Pro, DocuSign, TLCs, Virtual Customer Care, construction cross training, building practices, and basic customer care daily responsibilities.
  • Communicate effectively and clearly with Lennar Homeowners, Field Associates and Trade Partners.
  • Assist Customer Care Reps with challenging homeowners and elevated situations.
  • Provide input and share customer care best practice processes and cost saving strategies.
  • Work with the Department Managers on special projects as needed.
  • Participate and attend department meetings as requested.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
  • Review Qualtrics Daily, communicate with homeowners who provide negative comments and provide feedback to management team.
  • Perform Phase Evaluations on Communities where directed by Lennar Senior Management.
  • Assist Area Managers in the day to day management of Customer Care Associates.
Qualifications:

  • Seven (7) years of homebuilding and/or similar customer service experience required
  • High school diploma or GED preferred but will accept equivalent work experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to be professional in situations involving homeowners/trade partners
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule is required
  • Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, which includes “on-call” work
  • Detail oriented, work well under pressure, capable of handling multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines
  • Experience with water intrusion/special construction defects a plus
  • Valid, unrestricted Motor Vehicle License

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This is a field position, which requires the ability to bend, stoop, lift, move and carry field materials weighing 50 pounds or less. Must be able to climb stairs and ladders, do physical inspection of attics, crawl spaces, roofs, etc. Ability to operate a motor vehicle. Manual dexterity is needed in order to effect repairs.

:
  • The *median base compensation for this position is estimated to be $36.91/hour, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors including employee qualifications, geographic location, and operational considerations. This position may be eligible for performance-based bonuses as determined in the Company’s sole discretion.
  • The median amount may be greater or less than the average salary.
