Responsibilities
- Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive in your customer service approach
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening
- Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
- Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries
- Appropriately communicate with customers
- Educate customers on available product promotions and services
Qualifications
- Customer service experience; call center experience required
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; or equivalent experience
- Consistent work history
- Availability to work 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm shift
- High Speed Internet Capabilities
