We are currently seeking Customer Care Agents for our Work From Home position in El Paso, TX. You must live in a El Paso area to be considered for this role.

Customer Care Agents - $18.00 an hour. Bilingual Spanish - $19.00 an hour.

Responsibilities

  • Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive in your customer service approach
  • Provide excellent customer service through active listening
  • Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
  • Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries
  • Appropriately communicate with customers
  • Educate customers on available product promotions and services

Qualifications

  • Customer service experience; call center experience required
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred; or equivalent experience
  • Consistent work history
  • Availability to work 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm shift
  • High Speed Internet Capabilities
