The primary responsibility is to perform general upkeep of the site and provide a clean environment for members.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintains a clean and safe environment for members.
• Cleans gym facility & equipment in accordance with our cleaning checklist.
• Ensures all areas are clean and litter free, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, sweeping, windows, mirrors, cleaning/wipe down of cardio and weight equipment, classroom, functional training/turf area, and bathrooms.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock
• Perform other duties and tasks assigned by supervision
• Advises site manager of needs to maintain facility: repairs needed, replacement of light bulbs, supplies needed, etc.

Experience:

• Cleaning experience (Preferred)

Requirements:

• Must be able to follow written and oral directions and work independently.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills to relate well with others.
• Must have a basic understanding of chemicals used in housekeeping.
• Must have a friendly, positive attitude.
• Must be over the age of 18 years old with a valid driver's license.

Additional Requirements: All applicants must be able to bend, stoop, reach high and low and work at a constant pace, able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, ability to communicate with supervisor and site managers. Applicants must be detail oriented. Janitorial, custodial or general cleaning experience preferred.

Job Type: Part-Time (15 hours/week)
Work hours: Monday throgh Friday, some Saturdays
