- Schedule: 1st shift: 5:30am-2:00pm
- Performs routine cleaning duties of an entire school building.
- Prepares facilities for evening and weekend use including rentals.
- Cleans carpets and cares for vinyl tile and terrazzo floors by stripping, sealing and waxing.
- Performs snow removal by shoveling and operating an ATV with a plow and salt spreader.
- Uses computers to input work orders, track attendance.
- Onsite work required.
- Attends work on a consistent and punctual basis.
- Frequent lifting, bending, carrying and moving heavy objects up to 50 lbs. such as furniture, trash, and bags of ice melt, snow removal.
- Training provided.
