Semi-Annual Salary: $1,300.00 *Annual Salary: $31,200.00

Scheduled Hours: 0630-1500 (Off: Thursday/Friday) Work Area: Float/Floor Care

St. Louis Forensic Treatment Center-South is looking for a positive and energetic Custodial Worker II that assists in maintaining the safety and cleanliness of our facility.

Responsibilities:

Performs custodial duties involving the cleaning of state offices and/or facilities. An incumbent will work as part of a cleaning crew and may f unction as the lead worker as needed. Other duties include: training and instructing custodians in cleaning methods, operating a variety of power cleaning equipment, maintaining an inventory of supplies, and performing maintenance on cleaning equipment.

Eligibility:

In addition to those identified in the previous level; knowledge of cleaning compounds, insect/vermin control solutions, and their chemical effect of surfaces, materials, and textiles.
