Crusher Foreperson: (Barre, VT) We are seeking a safety minded, qualified, self-motivated individual to oversee and direct all facets of the aggregate processing operations and personnel at the crusher facility. The essential duties include but are not limited to: ability to detect safety hazards and equipment malfunctions and respond accordingly, strive to maintain optimum production and minimum costs while producing a high quality on-time product in a safe and environmentally sound manner and administer the weekly tool-box talks. Other duties include operating a front-end loader, and assisting with daily production duties as needed. The selected candidate will work closely with the EHS division to ensure compliance with all facility permits and environmental regulations mandated by federal, state, or local governing bodies. Classification: Year round hourly position. Position Based out of Barre, VT.

Requirements:

• Must be committed to providing and promoting a safe work environment.
• Effective use of computer and software systems for ongoing production (i.e. PEAK, demand forecast tools, thru-put costs, etc.).
• Accurately write, type, and enters information into computer to prepare correspondence, and/or other documents as necessary.
• Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the general public at all times.
• Must possess a working knowledge and understanding of Mine, Safety, Health, Regulations
• Extended hours with possible night and/or weekend work as well as overnights.
