The Community Crisis Response Coordinator (CCRC) is responsible for the coordination of the crisis/on-call response at the Center for Behavioral Health (CBH) site(s). The incumbent is responsible for response and coordination of services in response to the tribal crisis events during the assigned shift, inclusive of domestic violence incidents, substance use-related crises, threats of self- or other-harm, response to victims of crime (e.g., assault), and other situations as needed. The incumbent must be skilled in application of a wide range of mental health service delivery/therapeutic techniques, crisis response, support to victims of crime, and in-depth knowledge of treatment for co-occurring disorders and trauma-based therapeutic modalities.

Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health, or Family Therapy is required. Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in a behavioral health field as a clinician providing direct services to individuals with co-occurring disorders (e.g. mental health disorders/substance dependence-related conditions), utilizing family systems and/or community-based treatments is required. Florida State License as Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Mental Health Counselor (MHC), or License as Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) is required. Certification of Certified Addictions Professional (CAP), Certified Associates Addictions Professional (CAAP), or Certified Addictions Counselor (CAC) in the State of Florida is preferred. Must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License. Ability to exemplify the highest level of professional standards/ethics and demonstrate appropriate and culturally sensitive service delivery and community based treatment. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $79,000.00 per year
