DUTIES AND REPSONSIBILITIES:

• Adherence to DHI policies and procedures
• Supervision, coordination, and assignment of DHI operators on job location
• Primary contact for customer contact on job sites assigned to
• Training and mentorship of DHI operators
• Ensure job safety analysis are performed for tasked related to rig up, rig down, pumping operation and other tasks.
• Serves as primary contact for customer point of contact on job site
• Ability to start stop pumps and monitor tank levels
• Mobilization and demobilization of water transfer jobsites including lay outs and retrieving lay flat hose and other fluid moving equipment.
• Competent to operate equipment i.e., skid steer, tele-handler, other
• Inspect and maintain equipment and perform minor maintenance has scheduled or needed
• Ensure truck is clean and organized
• Ensure that tools assigned to employees and trucks are inspected and inventoried at a minimum of each quarter
• Accurately complete paperwork including timecards, inspections, JSAs and other paperwork as needed
• Ensure that all team members work safely and in accordance with DHI safety policies and guidelines
• Perform a variety of other tasks and duties as directed by the Operations Manager or Supervisor

EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

EXPERIENCE:

• >1-year supervisory experience of 2 or more people
• Experience in customer service and oilfield work
• Mechanical and technical aptitude
• Class A CDL preferred, but not required

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to perform job duties and responsibilities in all types of weather, days, and nights
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet schedules

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Work schedule to vary based on business needs and expect work shift of >12 hours per day for up to 21 days in a row
