• Analyze tri-merge credit reports and then prepare credit repair assessments.
• Review credit repair assessment in person and by phone with clients.
• Upload client information into the credit portal.
• Strategize dispute process and communicate with Junior Credit Repair Specialist about the strategies and letters that need to be written and mailed for each client.

• Acquired and applies working knowledge of the organization, job, practices, and procedures to be proficient in all aspects of the job.
• Performs functions semi-routine in nature and recognizes the need for occasional alternative solutions.
• Work is performed independently, with minimal supervision. Able to establish priorities and manage time to complete work.
