We are looking for a highly creative and talented team to develop, produce, and publish compelling video content across all digital platforms. The ideal candidates will be passionate about storytelling, have a keen eye for detail, and be able to work collaboratively to bring their ideas to life.

Responsibilities:

• Brainstorm and develop video concepts that align with the company's brand and marketing goals
• Write scripts, storyboards, and shot lists for each video project
• Coordinate pre-production, including casting, location scouting, and equipment rentals
• Direct and produce videos on set, ensuring that all shots are captured according to the creative vision
• Manage post-production, including editing, sound design, and color correction
• Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to ensure that videos are optimized for each platform and distributed to the appropriate channels
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and integrate new techniques and technologies into our video production process

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video production, with a portfolio of successful projects
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Strong storytelling skills and ability to communicate complex ideas through video
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends
