OVERVIEW
The In-House Design team is seeking a Creative Project Manager to be an intermediary between internal teams and creative agencies for production design solutions. This energetic problem solver will work with a variety of teams (i.e., Customer Marketing, eCommerce, North American Foodservice) to seamlessly deliver high-quality design solutions on time and under budget. This position entails interaction with a variety of businesses and teams in addition to coordination with multiple external agencies.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Partner and consult with clients to understand creative project objectives and strategies
- Coordinate and manage incoming project requests using available tools and resources
- Monitor scope, dollars, timelines, changes and efficiently communicate implications to clients
- Solve, diffuse, and escalate issues
- Manage multiple projects and priorities through concise communication and resource management
- Assist with measurement, analysis, and tool support
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years experience working with designers, agencies, and design files
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or Business
- Intermediate working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- 3+ years experience in project management
- Experience working with a cross-functional teams comprised of multiple geographical locations
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proven client relationship management experience
- Strong organization and communication (both written and verbal) skills
- Excellent time management, negotiation, and influence skills
- Ability to balance multiple competing priorities
- Ability to work under pressure to meet aggressive timelines and client demands
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Past ecommerce marketing experience and understanding of ecommerce platforms
- Experience with managing Sharepoint sites
- Experience with project management solutions (i.e., JIRA, Monday.com)
- Strong analytical, technical, and business acumen
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Strong presentation skills
- Proven record of advancing ideas and process improvement
