Cella is looking for a Creative Project Manager to join our client, a healthcare company, for a remote long-term contract opportunity. In this role you will join the in-house studio and work across print, digital, video, and event creative projects. The Creative Project Manager will work together with, and guided by, and experienced Senior Project Manager and Operations Manager.

The Creative Project Manager will ensure the creative team has all necessary resources to produce their best quality work, on time and on budget while reporting to the Operations Manager. You will manage project traffic and creative resources with a high level of visibility so that all stakeholders remain informed, and you will also be expected to participate in creative development, helping to maintain the studio's digital asset library and assist with reporting.

The ideal candidate has:

• A successful track record managing project traffic for a creative agency or in-house team.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
• An understanding of the creative process as well as design and print/digital production.

Salary: $37.42 - 39.42 per hour
Work Hours: 8am to 4pm

Responsibilities:

• Manage project assets so the creative team has everything necessary to produce their best work, including clear project details, reference materials, image assets, schedules, LOE and deadlines.
• Create project timelines and manage delivery throughout project lifecycles-kickoff to completion.
• Set daily priorities and assign tasks among team members, maintaining balanced workloads.
• Identify, communicate and manage production risks to eliminate potential pitfalls or obstacles.
• Manage expectations and provide regular updates to stakeholders-clients, creatives and managers-on project progress, tasks and milestones.
• Collaborate on project initiation, creative development and direction with client, design and production teams.
• Prepare project cost estimates and assist with monthly billing reconciliation.
• Be a point of contact for and assist ad-hoc team members with project scheduling, asset transfers and other creative needs.
• Assist with managing the digital asset library containing collateral and components and respond to requests for images, logos, artwork files.
• Continually identify opportunities for improving team operating procedures, workflows and infrastructure.
• Implement process and operational best practices.
