A well-known Construction Consultancy based throughout the US and abroad, are seeking a Cost Manager to join their current team in Boston.
The role of the Cost Manager
The Cost Manager will be joining a team of Cost Managers and will gain exposure to a variety of projects in multiple sectors.
The Cost Manager will carry out pre and post contract services on some of the US’s more impressive buildings.
Requirements of the Cost Manager
- MRICS would be preferred but not essential
- Pre and Post contract experience
- Strong client facing skills
- Experience in a variety of sectors preferred
- At least two years’ experience in the US
