Responsibilities:

• Draft, revise, prepare and maintain various legal documents, including contracts, templates, summaries, memos/ opinions, organizational documents, reports, correspondence, presentations and other ancillary documents
• Conduct general legal research on various legal issues, including on intellectual property, contracts, employment law, and data privacy, and assist the Data Protection Office and in-house Counsel on related special projects

• Assist with trademark and copyright clearance searches, filings, portfolio management, and dispute resolution

  
  

Skills and Requirements:

• Paralegal degree or certification required
• 2+ years of experience in as a Paralegal in a corporate legal department
• Familiarity with contracts, media and material releases, confidentiality agreements, trademarks, USPTO
• Excellent communication skills. Detail oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word)
