Braintree Group is a national real estate investment firm. The firm acquires hospitality assets and develops multifamily, single- family for rent, and self- storage assets. Braintree Group works hand in hand with our in-house management subsidiary, Resolute Road Hospitality, to oversee both asset management and hotel operations. Braintree Group is a rapidly growing company and is seeking exceptional talent in many areas.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Negotiate and draft contracts including leases agreements, purchase and sale agreements, letters of intent, services agreements, licensing agreements, and prime construction contracts
- Drafting correspondence to customers, vendors, and outside counsel on behalf of the company
- Review contracts from third parties to mitigate corporate risk
- Perform legal research, including statutory and case law
- Oversee business formation and licensing tasks performed by paralegal
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years prior experience of relevant law firm or in-house experience
Skills & Intangibles
- Possesses superior attention to detail with an ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize assignments
- Ability to work independently
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and Power Point)
