POSITION SUMMARY

MyEO is a platform and a programme that connects members on the basis of their passions, interests and industries. It takes EO engagement to the next level, where members have the opportunity to create and personalize their experiences not only on the basis of shared values, but also on the basis of common passions and initiatives. The Coordinator, MyEO Operations will provide support to the MyEO team, MyEO Member leaders and Director, MyEO. This global coordinator position assists and supports the MyEO platform and overall maintenance of the MyEO initiatives.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collects monthly data on MyEO Event and MyEO Groups registration from Champions, MyEO Matrix and CRM.
  • Creates monthly reports on MyEO metrics
  • Provides consultative support to MyEO events and groups champions, including, but not limited to, advice on tools available for structure, communication, and publicity.
  • Attends all MyEO meetings: Products Liaisons, Experts, Chairs, trainings, providing support with coordination, draft minutes of the calls, and follows up on the requests, coordinated with Director, MyEO.
  • Supports MyEO experts, MyEO Leaders, and Director, MyEO with additional projects, as needed.
  • Attends and actively participates in team and global staff meetings.
  • Provides content elaboration for various MyEO publications and communication pieces.
  • Publicates communications based on MyEO Comms strategy, MyEO Social Networks, and others as needed
  • Gathers MyEO testimonials, photos, videos, and general content for publications from MyEO events.
  • Supervises engagement and collects data from ConnectEO as needed.
  • Creates and updates MyEO SOPs as needed
  • Supports and overview MyEO Events created around GLC
  • Updates and overviews content and images on MyEO Page
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in any field.
  • A minimum of 3 years administrative experience.
  • A minimum of 3 or more years with association, event planning, or coordination-related work.
  • Experience in coaching or mentoring, preferred.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly in Excel and presentation tools.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and members globally.
  • Ability to work in teams with high accountability.
  • Experience working in an international environment, preferred.
