Job Summary:
The Email Marketing Coordinator will maintain email marketing calendars and perform the daily execution of the email campaigns for the various divisions within the organization. This position will track email metrics and assist with reports on campaign results, trends, and opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Key Accountabilities:
- Maintain and update email marketing calendars
- Assist with daily execution of email campaigns including bundling of creative assets and email instructions, delivery to ESP, and creative setup, testing, and deployment via email service provider
- Verify all email marketing campaigns adhere to quality assurance processing to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery
- Support various divisions to create calendars and project timelines for special email requests
- Collaborate with various teams to compile assets and write briefs and traffic emails through the routing and approval process
- Assist Analytics Team with reporting on email campaign results, highlighting successes, trends, and opportunities
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 0-3 years of experience in related role
- Experience working on daily email marketing campaigns, execution, email best practices, and large ESPs (Exact Target) a plus
- Experience in retail industry preferred
Skills and Behaviors:
- Some proficient in reporting and analytics

- Good verbal and written communication skills
