Starting Pay Rate: $17.95 per hour

Job Duties:
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Assist program consumers in understanding and following the rules of the program, hiring and managing their direct care staff, managing documentation, and providing excellent customer service.
- Meet with participants and their potential workers to explain the Consumer Directed Program.
- Monitor and document participants’ ability to manage their services and provide additional training as needed.
Education:
- A College Degree is preferred; a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Two years of experience working in the Human Services field.
- Excellent customer services and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
