Coordinator Assistant Responsibilities:

• Willing to do Caregiving PT and work your way into FT office role
• Manage caregiver and clients shift schedules
• Perform caregiver orientations
• Perform meet and greets with clients and their caregivers
• Perform personal interviews
• Evaluate employee performance
• Answer incoming calls
• Respond to incoming emails
• Enjoy supportive management team that will be there for YOU!

Ideal candidates have:

• Advanced computer skills
• Experience using an electronic scheduling system
• Customer Service Experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent listening, personal and soft skills.
• Ability to multitask and re-prioritize
• Ability to recognize and understand quality service
• Ability to calmly evaluate escalated staffing situation
• Ability to appropriately deal with a variety of personalities
• Willingness to do on call support after hours
• Willingness to take a pre-employment background check
• Caregiver experience

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
