Hibachi Express has a position for a Cook/ Dishwasher/ cleaner and all around helper for our kitchen.

Morning Shift (lunch included) or Night Shift (dinner included)

Qualifications:

• Must have 1 year of experience in cooking on the hot grill, cutting vegetables and meats, sweeping, mopping, taking trash out, and operating the dishwasher machine.

BASIC JOB DUTIES:

Must be able to work with fast-paced movement for periods of several hours without stop.

Must be able to do heavy lifting

Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned, such as starting equipment and cleaning refrigeration units, grill and surrounding area, as well as other kitchen equipment.

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand and Clean tableware.

Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition. Clean food preparation areas, facilities, equipment, sweeps and mops floors.

Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas. Remove trash from the dining room and kitchen.

Clean garbage cans with water or steam.

Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the restaurant dining room floor, counters, tables, chairs, booths, and the bar area.
