GENERAL DESCRIPTION : The cook position is responsible for the preparation, storage, and distribution of hot and cold food for the cafeteria, patient meal service, special functions and outside programs. Maintains high standards for sanitation in the production area. WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :

2 years culinary food service training

3 years institutional cooking experience, preferably in a health care facility, is preferred
