Job description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Cook to help support our team. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience preparing Thai cuisine, enjoys working in a busy restaurant environment and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively. A successful candidate will have restaurant industry experience, a passion for food prep, and strong customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Cook meat, seafood, and vegetables to order in a restaurant.
- Prepare side dishes.
- Prepare salad bar items.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
- Responsible for maintaining food preparation area supplies, such as stuffing and sauces.
- Ensure that ingredients are fresh and of high quality.
- Ensure that cooks and servers are properly following food preparation procedures.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
