Job Description: Control Center Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and troubleshoot system installations at our customer sites
• Respond to system alarms and complete system actions
• Analyze and identify cause of system issues, supporting our Field Service Technicians remotely with system troubleshooting efforts
• Maintaining logs of events

Skills:

• Positive can do attitude

• Highly motivated and able to work independently in a fast pace work environment

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Self-starter that shows the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision

• Analytical and proficient in MS Office

• 24/7 operations in rotating shift schedule (will receive a 10% shift differential on top of base rate)

• High School Graduate required

Morning Shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Mid Morning Shift: 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Evening Shift: 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.- 5% shift differential ( 2nd shift)

Night Shift: 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. - 10% shift differential (3rd Shift)
