Contract Compliance Support Analyst

Location: Basking Ridge, NJ 07920

Job Description:

· Part of a team of individuals responsible for managing vendors and contracts information in SAP to ensure that contract data and vendor master data is set up correctly in the ERP systems.

· Provide end user support to users of SAP regarding processes and systems.

· Collect contract details from client’s sourcing experts/contract managers

· Contractor will be required to help support the organization in responding to open user tickets and track and facilitate resolution of open defects and enhancement requests, including but not limited to defining the issues, troubleshooting the issue, working with the IT and SAP team to fix the open defect and testing defects before moving to production.

· Work with sourcing experts/contract managers on the creation of and updates to contracted vendor profiles,

· Work with Accounts Payable to verify contract/contracted data in an ERP, and make updates as needed

· Support stakeholders in the creation of PO/PR

Skills required:

· 6+ years of experience working with SAP in the areas of master data

management / supply chain / procurement

· In depth knowledge of SAP, specifically Vendor Management, Purchasing, Contracts and interfacing systems supported by the Supply Chain Systems team.

· Proficiency with both MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and Google Workspace applications (GMail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)

· Experience in Indirect Sourcing contracts/Ariba

· Experience troubleshooting Data discrepancies.

· Keen attention to detail and accuracy

· Team player – engages interest and participation of others and has a collaborative approach to working with others

· Self-motivated and able to work well under pressure

· Adaptability – able to change in order to fit in new and different work assignments
