Contract Administrator

First Choice Facilities, LLC is a provider of exterior facility maintenance to companies across the United States. First founded as a self-serve landscape and snow management company, we understand the ins and outs and costs of doing business for all our client’s exterior needs.

As a member of the First Choice team, the Contract Administrator will work directly with Senior Vice President. This position holds responsibility for administrative execution of contracts between First Choice Facilities, LLC and clients and service contractors. In doing so, the Contract Administrator will identify risk/mitigation, negotiate contracts, work directly with third party legal in development of agreements, manage amendments/terminations, and be responsible for digital file organization. In this role, the Contract Administrator will represent First Choice to our clients and service contractors with the responsibility to develop and/or maintain effective working relationships. The Contract Administrator will be authorized to exercise commitment/signature authority in accordance with the service contractor agreements.

Role Objective: Owns contract creation and management for clients and service providers.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing contracts, verifying accuracy, and resolving discrepancies in line with company rules and guidelines.
  • Strategizing with sales team/management to analyze and determine a comprehensive contract strategy.
  • Collaborating with internal procurement and legal resources teams to ensure contracts' compliance.
  • Sharing and clarifying contract processes, conditions and details with management, service contractors and employees.
  • Ensuring relevant documentation accompany contracts, and maintaining digital and hard copies of relevant documentation
  • Negotiating between parties regarding contract development, terms and conditions, and drafting and revising changes as required.
  • Identifying potential risks contract changes may pose to company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, mathematics, accounting or economics.
  • 2+ years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of legal requirements pertaining to relevant contracts.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and Teams).
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent reading and comprehension skills.
  • Ability to detect errors and inconsistencies.
  • Prior DocuSign experience a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
