Location: 1005 Commercial Dr, Owensville, MO 65066
As our Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will:
Work with employees at all levels of the organization to improve efficiency and effectiveness of our processes, including but not limited to manufacturing, job scheduling, maintenance, procurement, and logistics- Collect and analyze data to prioritize continuous improvement opportunities
- Perform value-stream process mapping
- Drive 5S and conduct audits for compliance
- Lead process improvement projects
- Engage with continuous improvement engineers at our other manufacturing facilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- 3+ years Lean Six Sigma experience (DMAIC, 5S, OEE, etc.
- Project Management experienc
- Strong communication skills at varying levels of the organizatio
- Ability to work independently and meet project milestone
- Experience analyzing data to make process improvement
- Coaching and training experience added plus
