Responsibilities
Learn and provide lean methodology expertise for plant wide Kaizen deployment, including core tools: 5S, MDI, A3 Thinking, Standardized Work, VSM, TPM, and Problem Solving
Use appropriate measurement, analysis and evaluation methods to accurately identify and document process improvements
Assist the Operations Managers and Department Managers in the development of strategic A3s for the plants and departments
Execute standardization initiatives within the business
Coach and develop a problem solving culture at all levels of the organization

**Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing/Operations or a related field.
2+ years experience in manufacturing ideally in a lean manufacturing environment.
You should be proficient in:
- Lean Manufacturing Principles
- Six Sigma Experience
- Engineering Degree
- Process Development
- Root Cause Analysis
Machines & technologies you'll use:
- CAD Software
- Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
