Since 2013, ADM Contractors, LLC, has been providing workmanship for the residential and commercial markets of Southeastern Wisconsin.

ADM Contractors, LLC, is seeking out a carpenter.

Hours: 40-45 hours per week. Some Saturdays are required.

Experience:
This person MUST have knowledge of the following:
- Carpentry Trim Work
- Setting Cabinets
- Residential and Commercial framing
- New Construction
- Remodeling

Requirements:

• Must be motivated and work productively
• Must be able to use effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have the ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
• Must have the ability to develop a complete understanding of contract plans/ specifications.
• Must be able to produce quality work, meeting requirements of plans, specifications and industry
• Must be able to manage a crew of 2-5 employees at a time.
• Must set standards of excellence in leadership, safety, quality, and productivity for the members of his/her crew.
• Must have the ability to move in and around confined, cluttered, and uneven areas.
• Must have the ability to work up to a 12 hour shift doing hard physical labor in varying temperature extremes and other outside conditions.
• Must be self-directed and have the ability to take direction well
• Must have the ability to multi-task.
• Must pay attention to detail and have good time management skills
• Must have a reliable means of transportation
• Must have a Driver’s license
• Must have own tools
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old

Wage is determined based on experience.
