Hello we are looking for someone to work alongside the General contractor

-To provide on-site coordination for all phases of luxury home construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule.

-Superintendent assistant will be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.

-Experience in most phases of residential construction & remodeling (foundation, framing, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, finishes)

-Possess the ability to read & thoroughly understand architectural plans/blueprints

-Create & manage project schedules daily, including subcontractors.

-Coordinate material procurement

-Work side by side with laborers as needed

Selected candidate will demonstrate strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills while establishing good relationships with all subcontractors. The candidates for Superintendent must have technical construction skills specifically in very high-end residential projects and effective positivity-based management skills.

The Superintendent will act as a liaison between the company President( general contractor on site) and anyone working on site (laborers, subcontractors, vendors, etc.). The Superintendent will directly manage laborers, subcontractors and vendors and will report to and work closely with the general contractor.

• Oversee a clean, organized, and safe work site
• Maintain a daily log of onsite activities
• Meet with various inspectors (e.g. city, county, lender, owner’s rep, deputy, etc…) as needed and coordinate meeting times with the inspectors directly.

• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills; must be detail-oriented
• Must have reliable transportation
• High School Diploma Required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and have a valid driver’s license
• Successful candidates are fluent in English - Spanish is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Experience level:

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• No weekends
