This person will need to have a construction background and will be managing 12 or more people so you will need previous management experience. You will be constantly teaching and growing people in the construction field. This position will necessitate analytical, estimating skills, and knowledge of job costing.

Requirements for Construction Project Manager:
- 3 years or more of Construction Project Manager experience REQUIRED!
- 2 or more years of management experience REQUIRED!
- Training ability REQUIRED!
- Construction estimating knowledge REQUIRED!
- Strong interpersonal skills to handle difficult people and situations REQUIRED!
- Knowledge of personal computers and programs REQUIRED!
- Valid driver's license REQUIRED!
- Spanish speaking a PLUS!
