About Us

Laser Underground & Earthworks Inc. is an underground utility and earthwork contractor that has been in business for 30+ years. Our primary focus is public work projects involving earthwork, installing and maintaining water lines, sanitary sewer and storm water systems. The Role

• Manage projects from award to finish by coordinating with field superintendent and management, identify and track project change orders (Force Account / T&M tracking), communicate with customers and suppliers, attend weekly project meetings and schedule reviews.
• Monitor and control project with superintendent and foreman to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, quality of service and ongoing customer relationship.

Requirements

• Track record of success on large projects, increasing in difficulty, complexity and value throughout your career
• Knowledgeable in blueprint reading, estimating and project management.
• Demonstrate ability to read and understand contracts, construction documents, specs and plans.
• Experience with LNI including Certified Payroll and related processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word and Microsoft Project. Familiarity with BlueBeam or similar software package is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years in the construction industry preferred; construction or Civil Engineering degree preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Must be highly self-motivated and accountable.

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
