Thomaston Site Works, LLC is a small site work company based in Terryville, CT. We are looking for a reliable operator/laborer.
The Construction Laborer position is an entry-level position that requires no prior experience but offers the starting employee an opportunity to grow within our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to endure long hours and heavy workloads. Our company is looking for a motivated individual who is willing to go above and beyond to help advance our company's goals.
Responsibilities:
- Move construction materials on the jobsite.
- Know the proper way to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Use hand and power tools.
- Be part of a crew that builds new structures or remodels existing ones.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Heavy equipment operation: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- CDL A (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
