CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN
Prairie Winds Construction, LLC is a full service construction company performing commercial, agricultural, and residential construction and is searching for a Construction Foreman to join our company.
Summary
The Construction Foreman must be a skilled manager and organizer with the ability to lead and motivate people, plan, coordinate, expertly execute work, and ensure personnel and job site safety.
Responsibilities
- Safely manage projects along side Superintendents on-site to produce quality workmanship within budget and schedule
- Ensures all company policy, procedures and standards are enforced at the project site
- Build and maintain good relationships with employees, customers, owners, and subcontractors
- Train new employees in specific tasks
- Responsible for all project safety
- Supervise a crew of 3 - 8 employees
- Effectively manage labor, material and equipment resources
- Maintain paperwork needed for jobsite and employees

Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in turn key Commercial and agricultural construction
- Experience with concrete work, building erection and finish work.
- Ability to plan day to day operations, as well as work with management to forecast schedules
- Valid driver’s license with ability to obtain a CDL
- Intermittent Travel required
- Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications a plus
- Excellent communication
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player
$28-$35/hr DOE, company vehicle, and project bonus potential. Company paid travel expenses on remote projects.
